How did you get into fitness?
Fitness has been a prominent part of my life. I’ve been into fitness through my family. My late grand father use to have a fitness center in makati Philippines and my father was the head trainer and a title holder in body building (Mr. Philippine). My father introduced me into fitness when I was teenager as he trained me to become a trainer like him, since then I work as part time trainer in our gym and study at the same time, that’s the start of my journey into fitness.

How did you get into fitness?
Growing up on Egypt fondest memories came from playing football and boxing. From an early age I experienced direct association between sport, fitness and personal satisfaction. And from young I knew that I wanted to pursue a career on health and fitness. Fitness is my passion. I have a great passion for football, I spent my youth playing professional football. As a football player, you need to be fit and strong. How did u get into fitness?
